Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at Wispa Seni was a mix of good and not so good. The room, although overlooking the pool and beautifully designed in traditional Balinese style, had a downside with unsealed balcony doors that let in smoke from neighboring guests. The location was peaceful yet close to the vibrant parts of Ubud, offering a great retreat. The dining options were decent, but not extraordinary.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although modern and beautifully designed, felt a bit basic and in need of refreshing. The bath with a 'telephone' shower was a peculiar touch that didn't quite match the overall decor. However, the location was a real gem, close to Ubud central but away from the noise and crowds. The dining options left something to be desired, pushing me to opt for external alternatives, but the service was top-notch, with attentive and helpful staff.
The hotel is not what I expected. The room felt anonymous and not worth the price. They are located on higher levels, making them hard to access with lots of walking required. However, the service was outstanding with charming and attentive staff attending to the gardens and hotel grounds.
The hotel has incredible grounds with a bath overlooking the pool, but the rooms are very old with a strong smell of humidity, spots on the sheets, and curtains. The service is perfect with friendly and helpful staff. The location is stunning with beautiful gardens and nature, yet there is room for improvement. The dining experience was good but lacked variety. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel's location is remarkable, with beautiful sculptures and greenery to explore. The rooms, while showing their age, are equipped with torches for navigating the dark garden. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Nyoman who added a special touch to our anniversary. However, the consistently reported issue of staff lacking urgency is a downside.
